Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Richard Snowden, trading as ERLÚME, Calle Carreras 1, Jockey Villas 31, Mijas Costa, Málaga 29649, Spain. Contact: privacy@erlume.eu.

What we currently collect

ERLÚME is in its Coming Soon phase. The only personal data we collect is through the email signup form, and only if you submit it:

• your email address;
• your marketing consent, the time it was given, the exact wording you agreed to and its version;
• the language of the page and the website address you signed up on;
• a one-way, irreversible fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, used only to limit abusive repeated submissions.

We do not collect your name, phone number, address, date of birth, gender or location, and we do not determine your country from your IP address.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your email address to send occasional news, launches and private invitations — only because you ticked the consent box (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). The IP fingerprint and form protections serve our legitimate interest in keeping the signup secure and free from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, through the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to privacy@erlume.eu. We then stop marketing to you and keep only a minimal record that you unsubscribed, so we do not contact you again.

Who processes data for us

• Lovable (Lovable Cloud) — website hosting and the database that stores signups.
• Cloudflare — network delivery of the website, which necessarily handles your IP address to serve pages.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or third-party marketing tools. Our fonts and images are served without contacting Google. Where a processor handles data outside the EEA, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we keep only what is needed to respect that choice. You may ask us to erase it entirely.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to privacy@erlume.eu. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es) or your local authority.

Shopping, accounts, payments and order delivery are not active yet. When they launch, this policy will be updated before any such data is collected.
